A Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) is an undergraduate academic degree awarded for completed courses that last three years, or a person holding such a degree.

After passing the 12th standard, also known as 'intermediate' in Physics, chemistry, mathematics, and/or Biology from a recognized board (central board or state board), a student can apply to a college for B.Sc.It is an undergraduate degree, which could either be offered in semester system (6 semesters, odd semester typically lasts from July/August to December, and even semester typically lasts from January to May). Our college is offering this course from AY 2019-2020. After getting a B.Sc. Degree, the students can choose to either continue their education and pursue post-graduation, or leave the college and take up the relevant job.

The 3 year full-time course dedicated to "Computer Science" sream.
The 3 year full-time course dedicated to "Microbiology" sream.
The 3 year full-time course dedicated to "Biochemistry" sream.
The 3 year full-time course dedicated to "Chemistry" sream.
The 3 year full-time course dedicated to "Electronics Science" sream.

The course structure of Bachelor in Science (B. Sc.) has been revised by KBC North Maharashtra University with effect from June 2018. According to revised structure, the semester pattern has been implemented to all the courses.

Candidate must have passed

  • A candidate must have passed (10 + 2) Standard H.S.C. Examination from Maharashtra State Board or Diploma recognized by Board of Technical Education with minimum duration of Three years or its equivalent.
  • Candidate must have passed 10 + 2 M.C.V.C course from Maharashtra State Education Board.

NOTE: If necessary, eligible candidate has to passed a Common Examination Test to be conducted by University or College.

There shall be semester pattern of examination of 100 marks comprising of external examination of 60 marks and continuous internal assessment of 40 marks.
